General requirements

5. For anti-theft safes with cabinet height not greater than 600mm, the outer surface flatness is not greater than 4mm; for anti-theft safes with cabinet height greater than 600mm, the outer surface flatness is not greater than 6mm.
6. The surface coating of the parts should be uniform, and the exposed parts should not have obvious defects such as focal spots, blistering, peeling, scratches, etc. It should be able to withstand the neutral salt spray test for 24 hours according to GB/T10125, and the cathodic covering layer shall not be lower than grade 5 according to GB/T6461; the anode covering layer shall not be lower than grade F4 according to GB/T12335.
7. The paint film (or plastic spraying film) on the outer surface of the cabinet should have a uniform color and no obvious cracks, bubbles, spots and other defects. The sample plate made by the same process shall not be lower than the level 5 determined by the GB/T1720 paint film adhesion test method.
Structural requirements
1. The steel used in the anti-theft safe should have a tensile strength limit of not less than 345MPa.
2. The cabinet body can adopt casting or steel plate assembly welding structure. The tensile strength of the weld shall not be lower than the tensile strength of the parent material. If the thickness of the steel plate reaches 25mm, the continuous weld depth should not be less than 6mm. When using other materials and processes to make, full consideration should be given to the anti-damage requirements of this category of anti-theft safes.
3. When the quality of Class A and Class B anti-theft safes is less than 340kg, they should be equipped with fixing parts, and there should be instructions for fixing the anti-theft safes on concrete, or in larger safes, or in the room.
4. The quality of Class C anti-theft safe should not be less than 450kg.
5. There should be no direct passage into the cabinet between the cabinet door and the door frame. The largest gap between the cabinet door and the door frame should comply with relevant regulations.
