New Electric Welding Manipulator in Position
The welding robot arm/manipulator is an industrial machine engaged in welding (including cutting and spraying). According to the definition of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) industrial robotic arm as a standard welding robotic arm, the industrial robotic arm is a multi-purpose, reprogrammable automatic control manipulator (Manipulator) with three or more programmable axes , Used in the field of industrial automation. In order to adapt to different purposes, the mechanical interface of the last axis of the robotic arm is usually a connecting flange, which can be connected to different tools or end effectors. The welding manipulator arm is to attach welding tongs or welding (cutting) guns to the final shaft flange of the industrial robot, so that it can perform welding, cutting or thermal spraying.
The welding robot arm mainly includes two parts: the robot arm and the welding equipment. The robot arm is composed of the robot arm body and the control cabinet (hardware and software). The welding equipment, taking arc welding and spot welding as examples, is composed of welding power source (including its control system), wire feeder (arc welding), welding gun (pliers) and other parts. For smart robots, there should also be sensor systems, such as laser or camera sensors and their control devices. The basic working principle is teaching reproduction, that is, the user guides the robot and operates it step by step according to the actual task. The welding manipulator arm automatically remembers the position, posture, motion parameters, welding parameters, etc. of each movement taught during the guidance process , And automatically generate a program that continuously executes all operations. After completing the teaching, just give the robot a start command, and the robot will accurately follow the teaching action, complete all operations step by step, and actually teach and reproduce. Welding robots are divided into two categories: arc welding robots and spot welding robots. The arc welding robot arm can be used in all arc welding, cutting technology and similar industrial methods. The most commonly used ranges are MIG welding (CO2 welding, MAG welding) of structural steel and chromium-nickel steel, MIG welding of aluminum and special alloys (MIC welding), and inert gas protection of chromium-nickel steel and aluminum. Welding and submerged arc welding. A complete welding manipulator arm system shall include the robot manipulator, control system, welding device, and weldment clamping device. There are two sets of rotating worktables on the clamping device that can enter the working range of the robot in turn. The welding manipulator arm usually has more than five degrees of freedom, and the arc welding robot with six degrees of freedom can guarantee the arbitrary spatial trajectory and posture of the welding gun. The point-to-point method can move at a speed of more than 60m/min, and its trajectory repeatability can reach ±0.2mm. The arc welding manipulator arm should have linear and circular interpolation swing functions, a total of six swing modes to meet the requirements of the welding process, the load of the robot is 5kg.
